Agree an Oxford meeting point that a car can reach
A college name does not identify a vehicle entrance. Confirm the lodge, gate or public-street meeting point with the college before booking. The driver cannot assume access to a quadrangle, pedestrian street or gated campus.
Oxford station and Oxford Parkway are different pickup locations. For a rail connection, choose the correct station and include the train arrival time. For Headington, Cowley, Summertown or Botley, enter the real address rather than a central Oxford placeholder.

For airport arrivals, provide your flight number. Dispatch checks official arrival information and we confirm an airport-specific meeting point. At Heathrow, meet your driver inside Arrivals with a name board. At Luton, meet in the designated Drop Off and Pick Up Zone on the ground floor of Terminal Car Park 2. At Stansted, meet in Express Set Down outside the terminal. Contact your driver for the agreed bay and vehicle details once you are ready.. The included waiting allowance is 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals; additional waiting follows the booking terms.
