Prime Airport Transfer is a local, licensed private-hire firm based in Rickmansworth. Since 2024 we have driven families, business travellers and holidaymakers to and from Heathrow, Luton, Gatwick and Stansted, at one clear fixed price with no meter and no surprises.
We are not a faceless national booking app or a call centre in another country. Prime Airport Transfer is a genuinely local operator, based at Regus Cardinal Point in Rickmansworth (WD3), a short hop from the M25 and Heathrow. Our drivers live and work in the same towns as our customers, which means they know the roads, the shortcuts, and the traffic rhythms of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

The price you are quoted is the price you pay. No meter climbing in traffic, no surge pricing on busy days, and the airport drop-off charge is already included.
On airport pickups your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board and helps with your bags. No hunting a car park after a long flight.
When you provide a flight number, we check official airport arrival information and confirm any material pickup change. Waiting beyond the included allowance may be charged under our terms.

A saloon takes up to 4 passengers with standard luggage, an estate suits extra bags, an MPV carries up to 6, and an 8-seater minibus is available for larger groups.
