Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall with a name board, not at the terminal drop-off road. Give us the flight number and terminal when you book, plus a mobile number we can reach after you land. Check your confirmation for the meeting instructions.

International arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes after landing. Additional waiting is charged under our terms. Call if border control or baggage reclaim delays you.

Check the terminal for your particular flight with Gatwick’s flight information. Airline terminal allocations can change. Enter the terminal on your booking rather than relying on a generic airport postcode.

The railway station is at South Terminal. Gatwick provides a free shuttle between the two terminals. If you choose rail, allow for the shuttle when travelling through North Terminal. Gatwick’s rail guide explains the connections.

Select a return journey and enter the details for both legs. The website applies a flat £5 discount to the combined transfer fare. The quote checks the date and pickup time for each leg, including any night or festive charges.

For your return flight, use the landing date and time carefully, particularly if you arrive after midnight. Check that the home address and terminal are correct before paying.

A saloon, estate, MPV and 8-seater have different passenger and luggage limits. Enter the bag sizes and quantities, not only the passenger count. Include buggies, golf clubs or other bulky equipment. See our vehicle capacities and real vehicle photographs before selecting a car.

Tell us the ages of children who need seats when booking. Request the seats you need so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. Do not assume a particular model or seating arrangement without confirmation.

Choose your exact address for a journey to or from Gatwick. A hotel collection needs the hotel name and address; an airport connection needs both airports and enough time for immigration, baggage reclaim and the next check-in deadline.
