Can you collect from Southsea, Cosham or Portsmouth Harbour station?

Yes. Enter the exact home, hotel or station name on the booking. Portsmouth Harbour and Portsmouth & Southsea are different stations. If you are arriving by train or ferry, add the service arrival details and allow time to reach the agreed vehicle collection point.

Does the Portsmouth fare cover Waterlooville, Havant and Emsworth?

We accept airport-transfer enquiries from those areas, but the exact address determines the quote. Do not assume a Portsmouth town fare applies to every surrounding postcode. Use an extra stop when passengers need collection from a second address.

I was very pleasantly surprised how diligent the driver was, it not everyday you see driver uses indicators even at 4AM on a small street with no cars insight. The second thig was a bit of a scare, as usually drivers arrive close to 30 minutes earlier, I was a bit stressed if they were coming. This is all on me, as the driver was on time and all was great, so don't worry 🙂 I will definitely use them again for my travel. Collections across Portsmouth and the Solent

Book collection from your home or hotel in Portsmouth, Southsea or Cosham. Use the full address for Waterlooville, Havant or Emsworth, because the central Portsmouth fare does not establish the price for every nearby town.

For a train connection, distinguish Portsmouth Harbour from Portsmouth & Southsea. For a ferry or cruise arrival, give the named terminal, service and expected time ashore rather than using the city centre as the pickup.

Planning the drive to Heathrow and Gatwick

Heathrow journeys can use the A3 and M25, with the terminal determining the final approach. For Gatwick, routing can use the A27/A23 or another route when traffic requires it. Tell us your flight terminal and allow for road delays as well as check-in and bag drop.

Luton and Stansted require longer northbound journeys. Add rest breaks or collections from other addresses as planned stops before booking. Avoid choosing a pickup time from a best-case drive estimate alone.

Train or pre-booked car?

Check National Rail for trains from your Portsmouth station on the date you travel. Gatwick has a station at South Terminal; use the airport shuttle for North Terminal. Rail can suit passengers travelling light, while a car collects your group at your address.

Compare like for like: the same passengers, bags and dates, and either one-way or return travel for both options. Include the trip to the station and any airport connection. We do not claim a taxi will always cost less.

Airport arrivals and the journey home

At Heathrow, meet your driver inside Arrivals with a name board. At Luton, meet in the designated Drop Off and Pick Up Zone on the ground floor of Terminal Car Park 2. At Stansted, meet in Express Set Down outside the terminal. Contact your driver for the agreed bay and vehicle details once you are ready. Send the flight number and a working mobile number. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing and domestic arrivals include 30 minutes; additional waiting is charged under our terms.
