Terminal 5 (T5A)
Your driver waits inside the Arrivals Hall on the ground floor, near Costa Coffee in the International Arrivals area. This is just past the customs exit — you will see the name board immediately.
Terminals 2 & 3
Driver waits in the main Arrivals Hall after you clear customs. The meeting zone is directly ahead as you exit the baggage reclaim area.
Terminal 4
Driver meets you in the Arrivals Hall at the designated meet and greet area on the ground floor, just past the customs gates.

Your driver parks and enters the Arrivals Hall, holding a name board. You will see them as you exit from baggage reclaim. The £7 terminal charge is included in your fare — nothing extra on arrival.
Kerbside option also available
If you prefer a faster exit, we can meet you kerbside at the terminal forecourt instead. Specify your preference in the booking notes.
Note: The official Luton Airport meet and greet parking service costs £50+ per week. We cover the short-stay charge ourselves — you pay the fixed transfer fare only.
North Terminal
Driver waits inside the North Terminal Arrivals Hall with a name board, just past the customs exit on the ground floor.
South Terminal
Driver waits inside the South Terminal Arrivals Hall with a name board. We confirm your terminal when your booking is processed, so there is no confusion on the day.

International Arrivals Hall — near Costa Coffee
Stansted has a single arrivals area. Your driver enters through the official meet and greet zone and waits near Costa Coffee with a name board. We cover the £10 arrivals parking fee — it is not charged to you.
Domestic arrivals
For domestic UK flights arriving at Stansted, the same arrivals hall is used. Your driver will be waiting at the same Costa Coffee meeting point.
