Airport transfers with meet & greet included

At Heathrow, meet your driver inside Arrivals with a name board. At Luton, meet in the designated Drop Off and Pick Up Zone on the ground floor of Terminal Car Park 2. At Stansted, meet in Express Set Down outside the terminal. Contact your driver for the agreed bay and vehicle details once you are ready. This is a passenger transfer, not meet-and-greet parking or an airside escort through passport control.

Yes. There is no separate meet-and-greet add-on for an airport arrival booking. The quoted total is for the route, vehicle and travel time you select. Waiting beyond the included allowance and changes such as extra stops may cost more under our terms.

Enter the scheduled flight landing time on the booking form and include your flight number in Flight Number / Notes. Our team checks official airport arrival information when planning collection. If you want collection later than the usual arrival pickup, contact us to agree the timing before booking.

International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing time; domestic arrivals include 30 minutes. If you are delayed in immigration or baggage reclaim, contact the driver or our office as soon as you can. Additional waiting may be charged under our terms.

We use the flight number you provide to check official airport arrival information and adjust the planned pickup when needed. Tell us if the airline changes your flight number or airport, and contact us if your terminal differs from your confirmation. Waiting beyond the included allowance may be charged.

Yes. Enter the travelling passenger’s name and a phone number they can use on arrival. Include all passengers and bags when choosing the vehicle. Tell us about children’s ages, a pushchair or mobility needs before travel so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.

Our 8-seater category accommodates up to eight passengers, eight large suitcases and four cabin bags, with a separate driver’s seat. Check the bag dimensions on the booking form and contact us about oversized items or pushchairs. The assigned partner vehicle may differ from the examples on our Fleet page.

No. With parking, you drive your own car to the airport and hand it over to a parking operator. With Prime, you book a car and driver to collect you and take you to your destination. We do not store your car or provide an airport parking service.
